Overview

Prestige is a bespoke fashion brand founded with a mission to create timeless, elegant designs for Afro women who appreciate the art of high fashion. As my very first professional logo design project, it holds special significance—it was designed for my mom, a talented entrepreneur with a vision for celebrating African beauty and sophistication through fashion. This project marked the start of my journey in brand aesthetics and design.

Challenge

The challenge was twofold: crafting a logo that embodies the elegance, class, and authenticity of the Prestige brand while also delivering a design that resonates with the Afro-centric fashion audience. Being my first pro logo project, I was determined to channel both my creativity and a deep personal connection to ensure the design was meaningful and aligned with my mom's vision.

Results

The final logo design reflects Prestige’s dedication to Afro elegance and sophistication. Drawing inspiration from rich African heritage and classical design principles, the logo exudes timelessness and grace. It played a significant role in establishing Prestige as a standout brand in its niche, connecting deeply with its target audience and positioning the brand as a symbol of quality and style.
